This project was designed to feel intentional from every angle, where strong structural elements meet natural textures in a way that feels polished yet inviting. The overall vision focused on clarity in design, clean transitions, and a backyard that feels cohesive, durable, and visually timeless.

At the center of the space is a nearly one thousand square foot custom inground gunite pool that anchors the entire layout. The pool design incorporates a raised spa, sunshelf, built in bench seating, and a deep end swim out, creating a balance between relaxation and active use. Carefully engineered depths, integrated stairs, and bench features ensure the pool supports everyday enjoyment while maintaining a streamlined aesthetic. LED lighting throughout the pool and spa adds subtle drama after sunset, enhancing the clean lines and architectural form of the water.

A natural boulder waterfall introduces contrast to the crisp pool geometry, adding movement, sound, and texture without overpowering the design. Cantilevered spill rocks and layered boulders create a controlled yet organic focal point, while exposed aggregate concrete patios frame the space with durability and visual consistency. The surrounding landscape, fencing, stepping stone pathways, and low voltage lighting were all designed to reinforce flow, safety, and cohesion. Clean Edge is a study in thoughtful execution, where structure, engineering, and landscape come together to create a space that feels intentional, elevated, and built to stand the test of time.
