1. Welcome to Prolific Design & Build!

    A consultation with Jason Kaniper, president and lead designer of Prolific will consist of a visit to your property to further discuss your project. During this first meeting, Jason will listen to your ideas, discuss with you potential design ideas, property concerns, and construction methods.

    Having built many projects over the last two decades, we will offer preliminary costs to help formalize the plan. There is a $95.00 consultation fee for all onsite conceptual design meetings. This fee will be applied to your total project cost if you decide to move forward with Prolific.
